Freight transport by Ro-Ro vessels from the US
Roll On/Roll Off (Ro-Ro) method is a way of maritime transport implying a horizontal loading / unloading of a Ro-Ro vessel. Ro-Ro vessels are barges, ferries and cargo ships. Cargo is loaded aboard those vessels by a special roll track or on its own.
